These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Qi Haven app ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
The Service provides educational content inspired by Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) wellness traditions, including guided exercises, dietary references, acupoint information, self-assessment quizzes, and an AI-assisted tongue observation tool.
All content is provided for general wellness and lifestyle purposes only. It is informational and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
The Service is not a medical device and does not provide medical care. Using the Service does not create a doctor–patient relationship.
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making changes to your diet, exercise, or wellness routine, especially if you are pregnant, have a medical condition, or take medication. Never delay seeking professional care because of anything you read in the Service. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country) to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
The Service is offered through a recurring subscription at USD $9.80 per month, beginning with a 7-day free trial for new users.
The subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; after cancellation you keep access until the end of the paid period, and no further charges occur.
Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. We do not store your card details.
You agree not to misuse the Service: no scraping or reselling of content, no interference with the Service's operation, no uploading of content you do not have the right to submit, and no use of the Service in violation of applicable law.
If you upload photos (for example, tongue photos for the AI observation tool), you confirm that you own the photo or have permission to upload it. You retain ownership of your content.
You grant us a limited licence to process your content solely to operate the Service (for example, sending a tongue photo to our AI analysis provider to generate your result). We do not use your photos for any other purpose.
The Service relies on third-party providers for hosting, authentication, payment processing, and AI analysis. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to their processing of your data.
All content, branding, and materials in the Service that are not your user content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property law. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from them without permission.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update these Terms; the current version is always available in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept them. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
